Product Descriptions & Authenticity

We make every effort to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration. All rugs are described in terms of approximate dimensions, which may vary by 2–5% due to the handmade nature of Persian weaving.

Every piece we sell is guaranteed to be authentically hand-knotted in Iran. If you have any questions about the provenance or construction of a specific piece, please contact us before purchasing.

Placing an Order

When you place an order through pazirik.pt, you are making an offer to purchase the selected item at the listed price. Orders are confirmed by email once we have verified availability and payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a listed item has already been sold in-store.

Because many of our pieces are unique or held in limited quantities, we recommend contacting us before placing a large or international order to confirm availability.

All prices on pazirik.pt are listed in Euros (€) and include Portuguese VAT where applicable
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfer
Payment is processed securely — we do not store card details on our servers

We collect only the personal data necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. By placing an order, you consent to us storing and processing your contact and delivery details for the purpose of fulfilling that order.
