Our Return Guarantee

We believe that buying a Persian rug online requires a leap of faith. Photos and descriptions, however good, are never the same as holding a piece in your hands and seeing how its colours move in your own light.

That is why our return policy is as simple as we could make it:

You have 30 days from delivery to decide
If you are not satisfied for any reason, return the item
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price
You pay only the cost of return shipping

Condition of Returns

We ask only that items be returned in the same condition in which they were received. This means:

The rug has not been altered, cut, or damaged
Ceramics are returned intact and undamaged

If an item arrives at our gallery in a condition different from when it was dispatched, we will contact you to discuss a fair resolution.

How to Return

Email info@pazirik.pt within 30 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and that you would like to return the item. We will respond within one business day.

Repack the rug in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received — clean, undamaged, and unmodified. We will provide you with the return address. You arrange and pay for return shipping via a trackable courier service. We recommend insuring the return shipment for its full value.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the original purchase price to your original payment method.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in our Sintra gallery may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt, subject to the same condition requirements above.
