We ship across Portugal, the European Union, and beyond.

We know a photo is never enough for a piece you intend to live with. That is why every order comes with our full satisfaction guarantee — and why we are happy to answer questions, share additional photos, or arrange an in-store visit before you commit.

European Union Shipping

All orders within EU countries are shipped via insured courier within 3–10 business days of order confirmation. We pack every piece personally, with care, using protective materials appropriate for the size and weight of the rug.

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

We ship worldwide. International orders are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the safest possible transit for each piece.

Delivery typically takes 10–30 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient
We provide full documentation to assist with customs clearance

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments include a tracking number sent to your email upon dispatch. Every piece is insured for its full purchase value from the moment it leaves our gallery until it reaches your door. In the unlikely event of damage in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will resolve the matter immediately.
